Hekuran Beluli is a passionate singer/songwriter with a solid background in voice. Originally from Kosovo, Hekuran is a proud New Jersey City University graduate who has spent the last decade refining his craft as a singer, composer, and multi-instrumentalist. He has participated in prominent television singing competitions and actively performs around New York City. He brings that same level of creativity and dedication to his teaching, inspiring students to explore both academic and artistic excellence.

Joseph contributes to COFA by managing daily operations, supporting marketing and grant writing, and providing guitar and piano lessons. He is also a singer-songwriter who enjoys playing both instruments, combining his love for music with his work at the organization.

Victoria R. Romano is a violinist, composer, and ethnomusicologist. Born and raised in New Jersey, she received a Bachelor of Music in Music Composition at the Mason Gross School of the Arts, Rutgers University, where she also studied viola. She obtained her PhD in Digital Composition at the University of California, Riverside, where she also completed a Master’s in Ethnomusicology.

Victoria composes for stage, screen, and the studio; recent projects include the cabaret musical Connecting Dot: A Kindred Revue, the feature film When Men Were Men, and arrangements for an ongoing roster of recording artists traversing a wide array of genres and idioms. Victoria is an active member of ASCAP and Maestra.

Victoria assisted with courses in music theory and popular music studies at the University of California. She possesses a decade of experience as a violin and viola instructor and loosely follows the Suzuki approach.
